​Once again Telegärtner are at the forefront of technology producing a connection module suitable for installation and patch cables with up to 8 wires, shielded and unshielded cables and also with solid or stranded conductors of AWG27-22 type and with outer diameter of between 5.5 - 9.0mm.  These can all be connected using the VM-Pro 8-8 Class FA IP67. 

​Due to its compact shape the connection module can be used in confined spaces, requires no special tooling and because of its mechanical stability, insulated structure and protection against external influences the potential for its versatility include laying and repairing cables in building, residential and industrial situations.  

Some of the connection module's performance characteristics are as follows:
 Class FA (1000MHz) 
 Suitable for 100/250/500/1000 MHz installation and patch cables
 Connection via IDC termination
 Pairs can be brought directly to the terminal without un-twisting
 Temperature range from -40 to +70 degrees C
 Reconnectable up to 4 times

lso available and an addition to the range is the VM 8-8 Cat 7A module, basically a connection extension for commercially available shielded/unshielded twisted pair installation cables (Cat 5e/Cat6,Cat6A,Cat7A) ideal for damaged cables, cable extensions and re-routing of cables.  Can be supplied for use in rack mounting, wall housing and also with mounting rail adaptor, the two product ranges complement each other for all applications where a high end quality and reliable connection is needed that does not affect performance.
